a. 2 frozen cod filets from Kroger
|

a. lime juice, jalenpeno juice, chili powder, sea salt, and lemon pepper
|

b. 1/4 cup plain yogurt
|
|
b. 1/4 cup mayo (lightly packed)
|

c. tablespoon lime juice
|
|
c. a splash jalepeno juice and caper juice
|
|
c. 1 teaspoon cumin
|
|
c. 1/2 teaspoon dill
|
|
c. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon makes it very spicy)

Instructions |

|
Marinate the cod with seasonings. Cook on 425 for at least 15
minutes and cut up into chunks when done cooking.

Mix the mayo and yogurt and add the C mixture in. Refrigerate.
|
|
|
Serve with shredded cabbage (about 1/4 head), flour tortillas, salsa,
and cheese.
