Strip skin from the chicken and season with the Creole seasoning. Toss in flour to coat. Fry in oil til golden and cooked through
In a sauce pan add peanut oil. Heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, and jalapenos. Cook til soft, then add the soy sauce, lemon zest, honey
sesame oil and Mutha sauce. Simmer for 5 min.
Dip the cooked chicken in the sauce and top with sesame seeds.
