Mix first three ingredients by hand until crumbly and well mixed. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Evenly pat out remainder of mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake @350 for 18-22 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove and cool. Mix remaining ingredients with mixer until smooth and creamy, pour evenly over cooled cake. Top with reserved topping bake 18-22 minutes until light golden brown. Cool to cut and refrigerated left overs.
