Brown meat in large non stick skillet. Don't crowd the skillet so the meat browns on all sides. (If your skillet is 10 inches or smmaler, brown the beef in 2 batches). Place meat in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed. Stir well after each addition. Cover adn cook on low 6 - 8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender but not mushy. Stir occasionally.
