boil the qaqocc until done. let them cool off then
use a spoon to scrape the flesh off the leaves
till you get to the hearts, chop the hearts up.
(this is time consuming). in a big bowl then
combine qaqocc, garlic, parsely, mint, tuna,
olives, capers, sundried tomatoes and anchovies.
roll out the pastry and line a buttered pie dish.
pour the qaqocc mixture in the pastry and press
with a fork. cover with another layer of pastry
and close. make some holes in the top, for steam
to escape. pour milk over and brush over the pie,
sprinkle the sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at
200C for about 30 minutes or until done.
