1 onion, chopped fine

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 cup long grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

1-2 Tbsp. Wahoo Chilli seasoning

1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic seasoning

4 oz can chopped mild green chilies

Instructions |
|
|
Saute onion in olive oil until tender, add rice. Stir to coat rice in oil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add Chicken broth. Wahoo Chili, Garlic Garlic, and green chilies. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
