Lightly grease slow cooker. Layer half the chickenin bottom of slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix soup and water together. Spoon half of the sauce over the chicken in the cooker. Layer 4 breasts into cooker. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Drizzle with melted butter. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or until chicken is tender. Place cheese slices over crumbs. Cover and cook another 30 minutes.
