Strawberry puree- Slice strawberries, add salt and sugar and
set aside for 30 minutes. Pour all contents into a mixer and
purée.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom amd sides of cake
pan(s). Blend the first 4 DRY ingredients.

|
|
Add the rest and beat for 2 minutes.
|
|
|
Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Let cake cool and make some
strawberry butter cream frosting to perfect the cake. (See
