In a stir-fry pan add some canola oil. Add the following ingredients in the following order: chopped onion, (cut up chicken), diced peppers, broccoli, tofu, garlic and potatoes.
Keep heat up to medium/high. Keep stirring ingredients.
Add salt, pepper, celery salt, maggi sauce (or soy sauce). Stir and cook until all vegetables (and chicken) are cooked just right (according to taste).
Serve warm/hot.
