2 4oz cans of chopped green chile peppers - drained
2 12oz veggie burgers
3 28oz cans whole peeled tomatoes crushed
1/4 cup chili powder
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
1 15oz can kidney beans
1 15oz can garbanzo beans
1 15oz can black beans
Instructions
Heat olive oil in pot over medium heat. Stir in onion, celery, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, salt, garlic, and green chile peppers.
When vegetables are soft, mix in veggie burgers - crumbled. Simmer 5 minutes.
At the same time, in a large pot, mix tomatoes, chili powder, pepper, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, black beans, and corn. Bring to a boil.
Add in veggie mixture.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes.
