Toast sesame seeds in skillet over medium-low heat for 5 - 10 minutes until fragrant and have lightly toasted. Allow to cool.
In blender or food processor, combine toasted sesame seeds and 3/4 c oil. Blend for 2 minutes. Check consistency. Should be quite thick but pourable. Add additional oil until desired consistency is achieved.
Can be kept in refrigerator in tightly sealed container for several months.
