Bottom Layer- mix all ingredients together and press
into bottom of 8x8 pan
Middle Layer- cream the cream cheese and sugar
together. Mix Cool Whip into the mixture. Spread on
top of the bottom layer.
Top Layer- combine pineapple and corn starch in pot
and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Let cool
then spread quickly on top of middle layer. Make
this layer FIRST so it can cool completely
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
