4 pinches garam masala (available at any indian grocery store)
2 tbsp corn flour
water for mixing
oil for frying
Instructions
Boil potatoes, peel and mash in a medium-size bowl. Add onions,
green chili, salt, black pepper, garam masala, cilantro, and mix
together well.
Mix corn flour and water in a separate bowl, until a paste. Add to
potato mixture.
With hands, shape the mixture into patties and set aside.
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, and fry the patties until golden
brown on both sides (about 2 minutes on each side). Put together
like hamburgers on hamburger buns, and serve with condiments of
choice.
