1 can pillsbury crescent rolls or seamless dough sheet
Olive oil
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 Tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 Tb packed brown sugar
2 Tb white wine or chicken broth
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup Asiago cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough, press seams
together if crescent roll dough. Cut into 24 two
inch squares and press into mini muffin pan.
Heat oil in pan. Add onion and thyme. Cook until
onions are caramelized. Stir in brown sugar and
chicken broth, cook until liquid is gone, 2-3 mins.
Stir in mushrooms, cook a few minutes.
Spoon mixture into cups and stop with Asiago cheese.
Bake 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
