|
1. heat butter (45gr), milk cocoa and a pinch of
salt to boiling. Important to constantly stir the
mixture. Reduce heat to medium - low and cook for
around 10mins until mixture looks thick and shiny
and pulls away from bottom of pan.

2. stir in vanilla and mix again vigorously. Put
mixture onto a buttered (extra butter) plate and
chill for 2 hrs!!

3. take out mixture and roll balls of around 2.5 cm
or to your liking and roll some in coconuts, some in
almonds and rest in pistachios.

|
I didn't have pistachios at home so what i did is
rolled balls, put a roasted hazelnut inside each
ball and rolled in crushed flaked almonds.
