The night before or morning before, crumble and
brown your sausage and drain.

Spray a 9 x 13 jelly roll pan. Spread crescent
rolls out into the pan making sure there are no
holes and that they cover the side edges of the pan
as well.

Spread the sausage over the rolls. Lay swiss cheese
out over the sausage, Spread graded Monterey Jack
over the swiss cheese.

|
|
Whip the 8 eggs together with the milk and salt and
pepper. Pour this over the cheeses. Grate fresh
pepper over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25
minutes. It should puff up and that should help you
determine when it is done.
