Wash the chicken with lemon juice and vinegar.
Rinse with cold water; pat dry.
Combine seasonings to chicken with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Sprinkle lemon juice and lemon zest over the chicken.
Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add the seasoned chicken to the pot, and let cook for 45 minutes.
Using a bowl, combine flour and shake and bake.
Dip, coat, then fry the chicken in a hot fryer or skillet with oil.
Turn occasionally until evenly browned.
