S & B is a great idea but the stuff in the box tastes like dust, is LOADED with salt & adheres to the chicken/pork chop with water which is so bland. In a food processor pulse all ingredients together until the mixture resembles medium to fine crumbs. Place the mixture into a Ziplock bag & store in fridge for up to 6 months. This recipe makes about 2 cups which will coat 1 pound of chicken breasts.
