Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange walnuts on baking sheet in single layer. Toast in oven 5 min. In a large bowl toss together the spinach, walnuts, cranberries, blue cheese, tomatoes, avocado and red onion. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the jam, vinegar, walnut oil, salt & pepper. Pour over greens and toss just before serving.
