Dredge chicken pieces in flour seasoned with salt
and pepper. Cook in saute pan coated with olive oil
until lightly browned on all sides.
Remove chicken and add a little more olive oil to
pan if needed. Saute minced garlic. Add chicken
broth to pan and bring to simmer. Add flour to
thicken and Parmesan cheese. When you've reached
the desired consistency, add uncooked broccoli to
sauce and cook. Add chicken back to pan.
Cook pasta and add to chicken and broccoli mixture.
Serve with a dusting of Parmesan cheese.
