Spread the nuts on a baking tray and toast in the oven until golden
,chopped them roughly.Add the chopped mixed peel ,spices and
flour to the nuts and mix well together. Reserve 1tablespoon of the
icing sugar and put the rest in a heavy-based pan with the water
and the honey.Stir constantly with a wooden spoon over a low heat
until bubbles appear on the surface. Remove from heat
immediately. Gradually stir nut and fruit mixture into the syrup.Turn
into prepared tin and smooth surface with wetted knife blade.
Sprinkle with reserved icing sugar. Bake in oven for 30min
190c.Leave to cool in tin before cutting. Serve 10 portions.--) You
