1 8 oz. container sour cream
|

green onion tops, chopped
|

Tony Cachere's Cajun Seasoning, to taste

Instructions |

|
Heat boudain in microwave as directed on package.
|
|
|
Remove casing from boudain and discard. Mix
remaining ingredients with boudain well, adding
Cajun seasoning to taste.

Jalapeno Boudain is best. If it is not available,
add chopped jalapeno peppers, to taste.
