After you have boiled potatoes, drain and return
them in the cooking pan to dry slightly. Then
combine all ingredients and serve the potato salad
immediately. If you want to make this easy to
serve at a time other than when you are preparing
all the ingredients, then brown the bacon, drain
on paper towels, and set in the refrigerator in
ziplock bag. Cut up the green onions. At serving
time, boil the potatoes and reheat the bacon in a
microwave before combining all the ingredients and
serve immediately.
