Cheesecake
1 cup biscuits crumbled
2 tbsp butter melted
400 g cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp gelatine
1/4 cup hot water
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tbsp gelatine
1/4 cup hot water
Mix the crumbled biscuits with the melted butter
and put them in a round dish and press. Leave to
set in the fridge. Meanwhile mix the cream cheese
and condensed milk and beat. Add the vanilla and
lemon juice. Mix the gelatine into the hot water
and pour into the mixture. Mix everything up. Then
put everything in the dish and put in the fridge
to settle and firm. When it is firm anough after a
few hours, prepare the top filling. In a bowl put
the cherry pie filling with the gelatine an hot
water. Mix and spread on top of cheesecake. Put
again in the fridge to settle and ready to serve.
