Stem and slice mushrooms. Thinly slice green onions. Sauté both
in butter until soft, about five minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
Spread mixture between flour tortillas (not too thick) and lightly
spray with olive oil spray on both sides. Bake at 325° for 12-14
minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
