2 /2 lbs. chicken, cut up and arranged in a baking pan
1/4 cup canned peach syrup
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. soy sauce
2 mashed peach halves
8 canned peach halves
Instructions
Mix the peach syrup, lemon juice, soy sauce, and mashed
peaches and pour over pieces of chicken. Dot chicken pieces
with margarine.
Bake chicken at 375 degrees for about 1 - 1/2 hours or until
chicken is tender. 15 minutes before chicken is done, place
the 8 canned peach halves around chicken and baste with
liquid in pan.
