Put all the sliced vegetables in a pan or wok. Add
some water, the cube and the oil to the wok. Now
and then stir the vegetable,add tomatoes paste,
the spices, sugar, Soy Sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover and let it simmer on medium heat for a while
till everything will turn soft. When everything is
cooked add the couscous to the wok to absorb the
juices, so the wrap won't get wet. Let the mixture
to cool, meanwhile cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Place some of the mixture on the wrap, add some
mozzarella. First close the sides of the wrap,
then the bottom one, on the sides, and last roll
it to the upper part. Bake in oven for about
20minutes or in a sandwich toaster. Enjoy --)
