Preheat oven to 450. Put sweet potatoes in microwave for 2
minutes. Cut into wedges. Place on a baking sheet. Brush with
egg whites. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes or until beginning to crisp and
brown.
While sweet potatoes are baking, boil chicken breast and
shred. Mix with 1/2 cup hot sauce.
Remove fries from oven when brown. Top with chicken mixture
and cheeses. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is
melted. Garnish with drizzled Greek yogurt and chives.
