500 gms beef = 1.1 pounds beef, cubed

4/5 red chillies (seeds removed)

1 tomato

1 piece cinnamon stick

1 tsp kuskus
|

1 fresh green chilli
|

1 tsp corriander, ground
|
|
1 tsp mustard
|
|
1.5 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

4 cloves
|

2 medium onions

2 garlic cloves
|
|
1 small ball of tamarind (optional)

Instructions |

|
Marinade the beef with a little salt, sugar and lemon juice for about 1
to 2 hours. Boil the beef separately in a cooker.

Grind all the ingredients
|

In a heated vessel pour oil, fry the ground masala. Add a little sugar,
then add cooked meat and potatoes
|
|
|
Simmer, add water little by little. Add a little
vinegar in the end.
