INSTRUCTIONS-
1.Preheat oven to 350
2.In a large cast iron skillet (or another
large skillet) heat the olive oil over medium
heat
3.Season the pork tenderloin with 2 tbsp.
pumpkin spice, salt, pepper & garlic powder
4.Sear all sides of the tenderloin in the
skillet, it took me about 7-10 minutes
5.Slice apples in half and spoon out core &
seeds
6.Divide butter among the apples placing it
into the center holed out area
7.Sprinkle apples with remaining pumpkin spice
8.Place apples in cast iron skillet around the
tenderloin
9.Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until pork is
cooked through to desired doneness
