2 cups raw walnuts (soaked for 4-6 hours in water)
2 cups raw sunflower seeds (soaked for at least 2 hour)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
2 tsp nama shoyu (can use soy sauce but its not raw)
salt to taste
Instructions
Soak nuts in water, drain water when complete.
Add all ingredients to the food processor and
pulse chop until it looks similar to ground beef.
Take a romaine lettuce leaf and layer with taco
meat, raw vegan sour cream (see recipe), and top
with your favorites such as tomatoes, avocados,
and maybe some chopped onions.
