1 Medium Head of Cabbage, rough chop

1 lb Ground Pork
|

1 lb Ground Veal
|

1/4 Cup Cooked Rice

3 Eggs

1 Medium Onion, chopped

2 Large Cans Tomato Juice

|
1 tsp Salt
|

1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Pour tomato juice in to a large dutch oven. Rough chop the cabbage and add to pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.

Mix meat, chopped onion, cooked rice, salt and pepper. Form into egg shaped meatballs and drop into simmering pot. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
