8 green onions, chopped

8 tbsp. slivered almonds

8 tbsp. sesame seeds

2 pkgs. Ramen noodles

Dressing

4 tbsp. sugar
|
|
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
|

1/2 c. salad oil
|
|
1 tsp. salt (optional)

1 tsp. white pepper
|

Instructions |

|
Lightly brown almonds and sesame seeds in a little oil.
|

Combine cabbage and onions. Add almond and sesame seed mixture.
|
|
|
Add dressing; crumble Ramen noodles (throw away seasoning packets, don't cook). Add noodles about an hour before serving, chill well.
