Place margarine in one cup measure. Microwave on high until melted (30-45 sec). Add lemon juice and water. Beat in egg yolk with fork. Microwave on medium, stirring every 15 seconds until thick. 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes. Do not overmicrowave. Cover and let stand 3 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands. (Refrigerate any extra)
To reheat, cover tightly and microwave on medium stirring every 15 seconds until hot.
