Mix butter, crisco and sugar. Add egg. Add rest of ingredients to form a cookie dough. Spread on a greased pizza pan.
Bake 8-10 minutes, at 375 degrees and then cool.
Frost with cream cheese and powdered sugar. Arrange any kind of fruit on top of pizza. Reserve 1 1/4 cup of juice from fruit. Add 2 T corn starch and bring to a boil. Cook until thick and clear stirring constantly. Pour over fruit.
