Place chicken in crockpot. Add water or broth. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Cook on low about 6 hours or on high about 4 hours. Drain most of the liquid off of the meat. Shred the chicken with two forks. Stir in the cream of chicken soups. Cook on high until warm.
Works great for Hawaiian haystacks-
Layer brown rice, chicken, cheese, pineapple tidbits, coconut, chinese noodles, craisins.
