Cut the carrot and the potato in pieces, after you have to roast the onion and the curry in the butter.
Than put the carrotpieces and the potatopieces inside and roast it too.
Accompany vegetable stock, let it boil up and flavor it with pepper and salt, cook it covered ca 20-25 minutes.
After you have to puree the soup and add some seasoning.
Wreak the soup in heated soupplates.
Put creme fraiche on and garnish the pumkinsoup with creme fraiche.
