Cover bottom of 9x13 glass dish with 1 pkg of crescent rolls.
Layer meats and cheese in order listed. Top with roasted
peppers. Beat together eggs, cheese and black pepper. Pour
over top and save a small amount.
Place second pkg of crescent rolls over top. Brush on
remaining egg mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 40
min. Remove foil and bake until golden brown.
Allow to cool and cut into squares.
