15 slices day old white bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 c onions, minced
6 oz grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1 qt. milk
Instructions
Grease 13X9 baking dish. Spread bread cubes on bottom of dish and top with sausage and cheese. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk well. Pour into baking dish, cover with foil, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Uncover; place in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until the center is firm and the top is golden brown.
