Prepare Hollandaise sauce.
Place Canadian style bacon on plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 45-60 seconds.
Place water and vinegar in a 6 oz custard cup (2), cover tightly and microwave on high until boiling - 30-60 seconds. Break eggs into cups, pierce yolks with a tooth pick. Cover tightly and microwave on medium until desired doneness. 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes. Drain.
Place English muffin halves on plates and top with Canadian bacon, eggs and then hollandaise.
