1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 in baking dish

2. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Set aside. In a large bowl corn, cream corn, salt and eggs. Beat in muffin mix. Fold in onions. Pour into baking dish
|

|
3. In a large bowl combine chicken, green chiles, mushrooms, sour cream and salt and pepper. Spoon over mixture to within 1 in. of edge. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 min or until the edges are golden brown
