Sauté peppers and mushrooms until soft. Sauté onions until
clear in color. Stir in raw hamburger meat and brown. Add
tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, and red pepper.
Set aside.
Dip chicken breasts in flour and shake off excess. Then, dip
chicken in egg followed by the breadcrumbs. Coat frying pan
in olive oil and fry each breast for about 2 minutes per side, on
medium heat.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking sheet, and place
chicken. Cover in the spaghetti sauce, then add the
mozzarella slices, Swiss cheese, and parmesan cheese on
top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
