Season the chicken with salt (just a small pinch per breast) and place in the crockpot.
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it is well combined.
pour over the chicken and cover. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Once the time is up, you can either serve the breast whole or shred with two forks.
If shredding, recover and let it cook in the sauce for 10-15 min more.
