     Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 Package Pie Crust
2-3 C. Cooked Turkey Diced
1/4 C. Butter
1/3 C. Chopped Onion
1/3 C. Flour
3/4 tsp. Salt
Heaping 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1-1/2 C. Chicken Broth
1/2 C. Milk
 
2 C. Mixed Vegetables Frozen or Canned
1/4 C. Turkey Gravy

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place one pie crust in 9- inch pie pan.
2. In medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly, remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in turkey and vegetables; remove from heat.
3. Spoon turkey filling over crust. Place second crust over filling; flute edge. Cut slits in several places.
4. Bake 425°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
