one pack crushed crackers (club, Ritz, etc.) (more or less)
1 egg
oil for frying
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Form into patties.
Refrigerate over night. Fry until crisp in enough
oil to cover. Drain on a paper towel; serve
immediately.
NOTE- Might want to add a little garlic or garlic
powder and a little minced onion
