2 tbsp milk (may need more depending on desired consistency)
4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Cream the butter and the vanilla together.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar one or two
cups at a time until it is all mixed together
well. Finally, add in your milk. If the
mixture is too thick, then add in another
tablespoon of milk.
If you are adding in color, do that last as you
want to make sure that the core ingredients are
mixed well first.
