Preheat oven to 425. Grease 2 qt. casserole. Cook and drain pasta, then return to cooking pot. Add butter, salt, pepper, and ground mustard. Stir to help butter melt. Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, and 1/2 c. shredded cheddar. Stir gently until mix is mostly uniform and no large chunks of cream cheese. Spoon 1/2 pasta mix into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. cheddar cheese over top. Top with remaining pasta mix. Place cheddar slices on top to cover pasta, dust with paprika. Bake 10-12 min uncovered until cheese is bubbly and begins to brown on top. Serve immediately.
