Place chicken breast in plastic bag and pound with tenderizer until 1/4 inch thick all over. Remove from bag and sprinkle both sides with cajun seasoning. Place heavy bottomed skilled over Med-High heat. Melt butter and add chicken breasts. Saute 4 minutes each side until well done. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over chicken. Cover skillet to let cheese melt (1 minute). Serve and Enjoy!
