In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, ricotta,
powdered sugar, cinnamon, and 1 cup mini chocolate
chips.
Form the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in
plastic wrap to chill for 1 hour.
Once cheese ball is set, remove from the fridge
and roll in the remaining 1.5 cups chocolate
chips. Plate with vanilla cookies and graham
crackers alongside.
