Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan for each quiche.
Line bottom of pie plate with cheese, meat, and
veggies. Combine eggs, salt, flour and milk in
blender until smooth; pour over filling pie pan. You will need one recipe of
custard base per quiche.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, until set.
Serve hot or cold.
